GLINCKER started as a URL shortener and grew into a full platform. URL shortening with click analytics, QR code generation, AI content moderation, community spaces, and a growing set of developer tools. The backend is a microservices architecture running Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and Redis. Each service handles one domain (links, users, analytics, moderation) and communicates through event queues. The frontend is React with Next.js. I founded it and built the entire stack from scratch. It's the project that taught me how to ship and maintain a production system with real users, real traffic, and real problems that don't show up in tutorials.
