FeaturedDrop
Feature announcement and changelog drop library. Embed beautiful release notes and what's-new modals directly in your app.

Users don't read changelogs. They don't check release notes pages. If you want them to know about a new feature, you have to show it to them where they already are: inside your app. FeaturedDrop is a lightweight library for exactly that. Drop in a component, point it at your changelog data, and it renders a clean modal or banner when something is new. Supports release notes, what's-new modals, and feature spotlights with targeting rules. Works with React, Next.js, and vanilla JS. Published on npm with zero dependencies. The whole thing is under 5KB gzipped because a changelog library shouldn't be the heaviest thing in your bundle.
