Xylo AI analyzes customer behavior to predict who's about to leave and what to do about it. The platform ingests event data from your product, runs it through ML models for churn prediction and segmentation, and automates engagement workflows based on what it finds. I joined as a founding engineer and built the full stack: the data ingestion pipeline, the ML model serving layer, the real-time analytics dashboard, and the automation engine. The hardest part was making the ML outputs actionable instead of just interesting. A churn score means nothing if nobody knows what to do with it. Built with TypeScript, Python for the ML pipelines, and Next.js for the dashboard.
